The short verdict: HidrateSpark PRO 2 is one of the most polished smart hydration bottles for people who genuinely forget to drink. Tracking and configurable reminders make an invisible habit visible. It costs much more than ordinary insulated drinkware, needs charging and calibration, and should not turn hydration into a contest or medical directive.
